Fakuma - International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing - is planned as a presence event in Friedrichshafen from 12 to 16 October 2021. Preparations are underway. According to promoter P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG, the 27th edition of Fakuma would thus be the first major gathering of the plastics industry in Germany since the outbreak of the corona pandemic, at which visitors would once again be able to inform themselves and exchange information about current trends, products and technologies on site. In addition to the digital transformation, the change from a linear to a circular economy is also to be the focus of the fair. The recyclability of products and the use of recyclates, their performance and quality will also reportedly be a topic at Fakuma 2021.
