Change of leadership at Prezero
Wolf Tiedemann will head Prezero, the waste disposal division of the Schwarz Group, starting in October, Euwid reports.
The Schwarz Group, parent of the Lidl and Kaufland retail chains, announced that Thomas Kyriakis, previously head of the Prezero waste disposal division, is leaving the company by mutual agreement due to differing views on its strategic direction, according to Euwid. Wolf Tiedemann, currently still managing director of sales, logistics and central operations at Lidl International, will succeed Kyriakis and take over as CEO of Prezero on Oct. 1, according to the company statement. Tiedemann was reportedly previously responsible at Lidl Germany as managing director of central services, at Schwarz Dienstleistung for the development of the logistics strategy and at Lidl International as division manager for real estate and logistics. The Schwarz Dienstleistung division will also have a new managing director in Christian Groh from October. Like Tiedemann, he also comes from Lidl International. With the appointment of Christian Groh and Wolf Tiedemann, the Schwarz Group believes it is "ideally positioned" for further development.
