bvse: first female first vice president

bvse: first female first vice president

14.10.2021

Christiane Neuhaus succeeds Björn Becker as first vice president.

A first female vice president in a double sense: at the bvse Bundesverband Sekundärrohstoffe und Entsorgung (German Federal Association for Secondary Raw Materials and Waste Disposal), not only the office of the president (as already reported), but also the office of the first vice president had to be newly filled after the previous incumbent, Björn Becker of Richard Becker Holding GmbH & Co. KG, did not want any more. And for the first time, a woman was elected to the office in the person of Christiane Neuhaus. Neuhaus (Neuhaus OHG) has been active in the association for a long time, according to the bvse, including as Bavarian state chairwoman. A new treasurer was also needed, as the previous one was Henry Forster, who is now known to be the new president of the bvse. His successor in the office of treasurer is Sebastian Will (Heinz Will GmbH und Co. KG). For the Plastics Recycling Association, Herbert Snell (MultiPet) has been confirmed in office as vice president.
