Dr Hanns Martin Kaiser will take over the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bischof+Klein on 1 September 2025.
 

This was announced by the company. According to the announcement, the doctor of chemistry has more than fifteen years of experience in the chemical and packaging industry and has been familiar with Bischof+Klein, the german manufacturer of flexible packaging made of plastic and plastic composites as well as technical films, for many years. ‘I have long regarded Bischof+Klein as one of the outstanding companies in our industry – with strong innovative power, clear values and committed employees. I am therefore all the more delighted to be part of this team in the future and to play an active role in shaping its future,’ says Dr Kaiser, who was previously Vice President Flexible Packaging EMEA at the paint and coatings manufacturer Siegwerk. Upon joining Bischof+Klein, Dr. Kaiser will assume overall responsibility for the company and will directly manage the areas of human resources, innovation & product development, strategy, legal affairs and communications. Herbert Forker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, also commented on the decision: "Change is an opportunity – especially when it is accompanied by continuity and competence. We are confident that Dr Kaiser will lead Bischof+Klein into the future with vision and determination.“
